I'm Syed Esrak Ahmmed — Syed Ahmmed to most people. I do the work that decides whether people find you and stay: SEO and WordPress, YouTube optimisation, design, video editing and CVs that survive the applicant tracking system. Ten years of it, for clients in the UK, US and Europe.

Every project starts with the same question: what is actually stopping this from working? Then I fix that, and tell you what I found.

Nobody has ranked on tags since 2015. What decides it is demand, the click, and giving YouTube enough signal. I work on all three.

Logos, thumbnails, social graphics and brand kits. Ten years of it — and I still hand over the source files.

Cut for retention, not just tidiness. Long-form, Shorts, Reels and ad creative — with captions, colour and sound handled.

Most CVs are rejected by software before a person reads them. I write for the filter first and the hiring manager second — because both have to say yes.
02 — Selected work
I don't publish client work without permission, so here is what I own and can show end to end.
Twelve CV templates across six sectors, in two versions each — one engineered to parse cleanly in an applicant tracking system, one designed for the human who reads it next. Built in Word, not exported from a design tool, so a client can actually edit it.
A tax and admin resource for UK freelancers — self-assessment, HMRC deadlines, invoicing. I built the WordPress site, wrote the guides and did the keyword and on-page work behind them. It is where I test everything before I recommend it to a client.
My own studio since 2022 — SEO, WordPress, design and video for small businesses and creators, first in Dhaka and now from the UK.

03 — How it works
Four steps, a fixed price, and you know exactly what you're getting before any money moves.
Your site, channel, footage or current CV, and what you actually want to happen. Two paragraphs is plenty.
I check it before quoting. If the work won't help you, I say so — that costs me a sale and saves you one.
You get the deliverables, the timeline and the number in writing. Nothing changes mid-project.
The finished work, the source files, and a plain-English note on what I did and what to do next.
04 — About
I trained as a computer engineer in Bangladesh and started designing commercially in 2016 — logos, thumbnails, video edits. Alongside that I spent my early career in IT and operations, supervising systems at Mechanic Chai and running operations at Fifo Tech. Somewhere in there I started building websites for people, and the part I kept coming back to was why some pages get found and identical ones don't.
In 2022 I made that the job and founded Error House. I moved to the UK, kept the studio running, and now work from Cambridge with clients in three time zones. Alongside client work I run The Paid Hour, a UK freelancer tax site — which is where I test everything before I recommend it.
